這次莫拉克颱風對中南部造成超級嚴重的災害,國際媒體也都很大幅度的報導這次的
超級颱風莫拉克,很多荷蘭的親戚都打電話或寫email問我和馬丁及我的家人們還好嗎?
我決定寫這篇文章讓他們知道此次莫拉克颱風的威力及台灣南部受到的重創。
嗯~ 我和馬丁很好,北部的城市都沒事,很多人有賺到颱風假的感覺,可是我嘉義父母的
老家,抵擋不住兩天近兩千公厘的雨量,繼納莉颱風後,老家又淹了,雖然只淹了地下室,
但是洶湧灌進家裡的雨水,卻在父親節給了老爸驚恐的ㄧ晚,他心愛的木工機器都泡水
了,還有他唯一的代步工具也泡水報廢了,大水退去後只剩滿地的爛泥,原本父親節要回
家幫老爸過節的弟弟和我,因為颱風所決定延後ㄧ個禮拜再一起回去,沒想到就在八月八
號的深夜,無情的大水就灌進了家裡的地下室,讓老爸ㄧ人孤單的對抗水災,心裡真的覺得
好過意不去,還好老爸是個堅強樂觀的人,並不會怨天尤人,我也只能慶幸還好家人都平安。
Morakot Thphoon is the most destructive typhoon in 50 years in Taiwan,the torrential
rain caused the most serious flood in south of Taiwan,followed the mud slide and bridges
collapse.The super typhoon also being reported internationally, familes from Holland
were very concerned about us, worried that if we are ok in Taiwan? This is why I write
this article to let them have a total review of this terrible typhoon. Martijn and I are fine
because we live in Hsichu (north Taiwan),this time the typhoon maily affected south of
Taiwan where my parents live.
The city my parents live had a big flood and their basement was totally flooded and all
his beloved tools were ruined and his scooter also ruined by the flood. But luckyly they
are all safe and no damage included the dog. We are going back to help my parents clean
the mess after flood this weekend.
The serious flood caused by Marokot typhoon caused great damage to Taiwan south
cities, most of them are farming cities, many people lost their families and their houses,
and still many people were blocked by the mud and water waiting to be rescued.
這次颱風有好多驚心動魄的景象,也有很多令人鼻酸無語問蒼天的景象,帶大家做個回顧,
也請大家有人溺己溺的同情心,不要分南北,不要分藍綠,愛惜我們的土地,幫助我們的同胞。

僅以此篇文章表達我對南部災民的不捨與關心,身為南部人的我,真的對那些原本就是社會弱勢的
農民和原住民部落感到痛心,也為政府救災效率感到無力,救災不是要民眾大量捐助物資就可以,
政府有沒有有效率的發放這些物資?我感到921地震後大量囤積浪費的物資又要重演,而治水方案
呢?金帥飯店很倒楣,倒榻了還被有些人嘲諷說他們自己要蓋在河旁邊, 如果比較倒榻前和颱風來
之前的照片,飯店前面可是有超過十米的道路和ㄧ排商家還有河隄,為什麼大水會一路沖刷到飯店
呢?百年來最猛烈的大水當然是主因,畢竟人類無法抗拒大自然,但是為什磨我們的河床不斷的掏空,
山坡不斷的土石流呢? 官商勾結的盜採砂石,沒有維護的山坡植被,只讓每次的颱風繼續肆虐台灣,
而我們就把ㄧ切都歸咎為天災吧!
Luckily all my family survived through the typhoon, we thanks Budda and pray for those
who suffer from the catastrophe.
